Map of Consciousness and its Application to RelationshipsThe following table depicts David R. Hawkin's map of human consciousness, which is calibrated using the method of kinesiology muscle testing (k-testing), against a logarithmic scale of 1-1000. How logarithmic scaling works: Level 300 = log (10300) Level 150 = log (10150) The actual values for any level x are 10x. Hawkins ============================================================= For the purpose of this discussion, the main focus is on the column "Level" The critical response is at level 200. A person operating above the level of 200 has more positive traits related to higher consciousness. A person operating below the level of 200 is primarily focused on survival and is operating within lower frequency vibrations. If you go through the list, levels below the red line actually make you uncomfortable, while the levels above induce a good feeling in you. Your thoughts, attitudes and behavior indicate which level you are operating from. Emotional levels corresponding to the levels of consciousness are rarely manifested as pure states in individuals. You may operate at one level in one area of your life and at another level in another area. Your overall level of consciousness is the sum total effect of these levels. So how does the map relate to relationships? (1) Let's say for instance when you facing a problem in your relationship, determine your attitude, thoughts, feelings and behavior pertaining to the situation. If you are at the level of apathy (50), you will be overwhelmed with hopelessness and despair. Being angry about the situation (150) is still better than operating out of fear (100). When you have transcended the critical level 200, you act in a more resourceful and empowering manner. At level 350, you are unconditionally accepting of your partner's shortcomings. At level 500, you are able to show love towards your partner and at level 540 that love becomes unconditional. For a more exhaustive treatment on this subject, please refer to David R. Hawkins's work. (2) Also, you can work on your problem from a different level of consciousness from the one that created it. A problem that was created out of fear, for instance, cannot be solved at the level of fear. It can instead be solved at a level above 200, and of course, the higher the level the better, as it becomes easier to solve it. The power of positive thought versus a negative ones (A) The energy of a human thought, though minute, is nonetheless absolutely measurable. A thought that emanates from the 100 level of consciousness will typically measure between log 10-800 million to log 10-700 million microwatts. On the other hand, a loving thought at the consciousness level of 500 measures approximately log 10-35 million microwatts. (B) One individual at level 700 counterbalances 70 million individuals below level 200 Some calibrations God the Father - Infinity Jesus, Buddha and Krishna - 1000 Carl Jung - 520 Algebra - 405 Amazing Grace - 575 Visualization (Healing) - 485 " If we apply consciousness research to the phenomenon of the channeling of "teachers" from the "other side," the first area of inquiry is the genuineness of the operatives themselves. Indications are that fifteen percent of clairvoyants, ten percent of psychics, twenty percent of channelers, and twenty-five percent of trancemediums are legitimate and genuine. Of the channeled "masters" or entities on the "other side," fifty percent calibrate below 200, and only five percent above level 450. Therefore, the rule of caveat emptor applies. The downside, as it is in the ordinary world, is the risk of following a teacher whose motivation is control.
